Common Ground Retreat Committee

The Common Ground Retreat Committee is a service committee formed at the Area or Regional level to plan, organize, and host the Common Ground Retreat event.

Its purpose is to:

• Plan the Common Ground Retreat activity
  
  

• Encourage participation from all NA groups in the Area or Region
  
  

• Promote unity, service, and fellowship
  
  

• Handle logistics like venue, budgets, programming, and flyers
  
  

• Ensure the event aligns with NA Traditions and Concepts of Service
  
  

The committee is usually made up of trusted servants—NA members who volunteer their time—and operates under the guidance of the Area or Regional Service Committee.

• The Common Ground Retreat Committee is the service body that makes it happen
  
  

Both exist to support NA’s primary purpose:
to carry the message to the addict who still suffers—together.
